Raw Meat
oK.. so i understand that cats have a different digestive system and they're supposed to handle raw meats.. but i'm having a hard time wrapping my head around it hah.
Can i really, safely feed my cats raw Beef / Pork / Chicken / Fish...? they wont get worms or anything?.... really?.... really??? |

Yes, really. As long as you're sourcing quality meat (not scavenging it out of a dumpster or something). Although I wouldn't feed raw fish (fish actually isn't good for cats). Some would say not to feed raw pork either, but I do know people that do without a problem.

Forgot to mention that if raw meat is going to make up more than 10-15% of a cat's diet, it needs to be balanced. That means you need to include organs and bones (or some form of calcium). You can't just throw down some raw boneless chicken breast every day and expect that to be a healthy diet. Here are some links for you:
