awww Lisa, I'm so happy for Norton. I couldn't get on all weekend while away and kept thinking of the little guy. So happy to hear that he is doing well and that you got the mommy cat as well. You're the best!

Hi Lisa,

I have a quality home looking for a male kitten. I am wondering when any of your kittens will be available for adoption? Thanks.

We have 2 young (3-1/2 mos old) male kittens who arrived last Thursday. They are in excellent health and will be vaccinated this week. For pix, see www.sosmiow.com under section "Our Cats" (names are Spock & Gizmo). Both are real sweethearts.

Aaaaaw, I haven't been online in a while and just checked this thread and I'm so happy Norton is doing well! I was thinking about him this week and wondering how he had taken to his new mom. I'm looking forward to seeing those pics! Good job Lisa!

Some Pics

Finally, my camera is up and running. Norton is now 25 days old. He is one day younger than his adopted siblings but he is much smaller even though he is developing well otherwise (eg. his ears are unfolding, his eyes are open, etc.). I asked the vet today about what to do and he recommended a tiny tiny bit of Nutrical a few times a day.

Well, here he is:

More

And here he is with Cookie (Monster), his adopted Momma, who has tended to him and nursed him as one of her own from the first second she saw him. Cookie is also only 7 months old!

I was wondering how it was going. Awww, look at that little bobble-head! So glad he's doing okay.

Cookie looks like a sweet little girl and I know she'll get a wonderful home!

She will ... with me! She is my special girl and she kisses me all day long. I could never part with her. She'll be one of the "keepers." I do however have other adults that I need to adopt out and will send you their bios tomorrow. Thanks LR!

Canine, thank's for the pics..what a sweet little angel,a very lucky little Norton to have found you,a real feel-good-story
I was looking at sweet Cookie, one good little mama, wondering what was going to happen to her
Then I read you were keeping her....yeah!!!
The only female I ever had, looked just like your Cookie and her name was also Cookie,my youngest son(at the time 8yrs)brought her home one day in his pocket, she lived to be 18yrs old.

All's Well That Ends Well

I'm so glad things worked out well for the little orphan and Mr. Dufresne's sweet family. Please let the Dufresnes know that you intend to keep Cookie. They'll will be so happy. I'm glad I found Pets.ca and all of you people to help.

We are having an adoption clinic on Saturday at the Carrefour Don Quichotte (where the Metro store is, across from one of the big car dealers) from noon to 3:00 pm. I invite you to come by and see us.

Norton

Poodletalk,

Of course I'm keeping Norton! After bottle feeding him for a week and a half and then finding three Mama cats to nurse him, how could I give him up? The first Mama cat is with my ex-husband and he loves her to death. The second Mama cat is here with her four precious babies and Cookie is the final Mama cat with her three (plus Norton). All of the above will be coming with us to the farm and living in a state-of-the-art cat suite.

Lisa, I'm sure you could bring the babies to our June 11th adoption event at Finnegan's. We usually find good homes there!!
