Still Housetraining

My puppy is now six months old. She is a Border Collie/Lab/Spaniel/Pointer mix. She's very good at going to the door but if you don't see her very quickly, she will pee in front of the door. This happens about once a week. I feel she's doing well but I thought she would be completely trained by now. She drinks a lot and needs to pee within 15 minutes of drinking. She's never had a problem holding it all night in her crate so you would think she wouldn't need to go out every half hour or so during the day. I'm so worried she's going to be one of those dogs that is never fully housetrained.
