Lady's new game
Lady, our American Cocker Spaniel, has invented a new game for herself. My dauther, who is home for the summer break, caught her playing her new game yesterday. Lady split her dew pad and has it bandaged while it heals so she can't play her ususal game of dropping the ball from the top of the stairs and chasing it down. Instead, she now piles throw pillows (about 2 or 3) on her favourite chair and jumps on them. When they fall on the floor, she picks them up, puts them on the chair and jumps on them again. Lady did this about 3 or 4 times before she realized that my daughter was watching her from behind the couch, then she stopped. My daughter figures that Lady thought she would get in trouble for playing with the throw pillows. She turned on the "innocent Cocker Spaniel" look and melted my daughter of course. Who can resist those eyes?
 Anybody else's dog have funny games they play?
