Obedience School Recomendations?
I've always used "Whos Walking Who" but am wondering if anyone else has any suggestions for Puppy and Dog Obedience schools in Toronto.
I'm looking for as many opportunites for socialization and exposure as possible, and with the weather getting colder, I'm not as excited about dog parks and other outdoor activities with my 2 pound baby. |

I like the puppy people. They are afiliate with petopia. Both offer a wide range of classes together. http://www.puppypeople.com/

Who's Walking Who are great, but ok broadening horizons is a good idea.
I haven't heard any thing bad or good for that matter about Puppy People, but I wouldn't touch Petopia with a ten foot pole, and by the sheer fact of the association I wouldn't recommend Puppy People. Where in the city are you and how far are you willing to travel? Renee at All About Dogs is absolutely wonderful and she has classes at Bayview and Eglinton as well as in the Swansea area I believe. Another good one is Mother Knows Best although I'm not sure about where the classes are located. There's also Jump Start, don't know them personally, but heard good things. |

I know this thread is old but wanted to reply that Mother Knows Best has it's primary location downtown at College/Bathurst (Tuesday, Wednesday) and some offshoot locations in Scarborough (Monday), the Beaches (Friday), and Thornhill (Saturday).
