Sierra has gone to the Rainbow Bridge
On Wednesday evening instead of celebrating our 3rd wedding anniversary, we instead said good bye to our beloved Sierra. She passed away in my arms on the way to the emergency vet clinic - we knew we couldn't save her but we'd hoped to ease her transition. I am thankful that she didn't pass alone, but it was horrible to hold her as her tiny little body gave out. Her last moments were surely painful but she is at peace now.

She was only 11 years old, and until a few months ago, a vibrant, healthy, wonderful kitty. She developed and rapidly succumbed to kidney failure. There was nothing we could do to save her.

Sierra will be dearly missed and forever remembered.

I am so sorry for your loss Dogmelissa...Be sure to know she is free of pain at the Rainbow Bridge. My condolences to your family as well.

im so sorry to hear your news we lost our sierra 7 weeks ago too, only 12, she to died, and was not expected, little angels brenda and the pins
