Small fungal infection

Etienne Jr. Alias The Cow is doing wonderful, eating very well, playing like a nut job, pooping and peeing well everything fine EXCEPT a small fungal patch on his eyebrow, above his right eye. I took him to the vet she did a scrape and as I suspected FUNGUS. No behavioral changes all good as I said. He's already on a medicine, a cream to apply directly, twice a day. She says the infection is still small to use other treatments so cream should be fine.
My question is: Are there any natural remedies to help accelerate the healing process aling with his med?
He's leaving in a few weeks go live with my brother and his girlfriend and I want him to go fungus free ♡
God I'm going to miss that cow BIIIIIIIIIIIIG TIME
