They're getting a little too confident, IMO. They think they own the place now (till Jemma and Boo make a noise and then they run back into the crate).

Be careful about asking me for more pics... I still have them another 12 days.

They are very cute and look so relaxed compared to the picture in the rescue forum. I'd love to see more pics too - there's no such thing as overload when it comes to pictures!

Not sure if this was exlpained somewhere else but why do they need to be in foster if the family they are going to want them both now and are very dog experienced!??

I was actually wondering the same, why are they being fostered?
Not that it is a bad thing, they certainly seem to be having a great time with Prin and her BF.

They can't go until sterilised and they have been in care for over two weeks to ensure not having been exposed to parvo previous to our care.

They also can't go until I say so. Right? Right?! heh heh...

No it would really suck to get your dream dog from a shelter only to have it die shortly after you've gotten attached to it. I mean, Kerry lets out one little cough and we're running to her. I couldn't imagine if it was worse.

Here's Kerry on the Boo futon... She's smaller than Doolin, but Doo can't get up there... He tries and tries though. He's a mini-human- he tries to pull himself up with his arms instead of jumping with his back legs.

LOL They really are. Right now in the bedroom, there's Frank, Jemma, Kerry and Doolin. Boo and I are all alone... He's just happy they're not bugging him.

This evening, Jemma had a one-way dialog with the babies. She grumbled, howled and chewbaccaed at them for about 20 minutes. Sort of a "So? What? What are you doing here anyway? Why are you in my spot under the coffee table?" I filmed the last few minutes of it. Boo does it too sometimes. He just stands there with a sort of indifferent look on his face and grumbles things. If only us stupid humans understood dog.

Thanks for clearing the need for fostering up - it certainly makes sense!

They are incredibly fluffy! Where are the pics for this morning!?

lol, np... some rescues do it, some don't. I just have had enough of the spca being full of unaltered animals so figure if we do something in rescue maybe eventually it will have a ripple effect?

Bet Prin is trying to sleep as having puppies is a fulltime task.

LOL The last one was so early this morning. Doesn't that count?!

The puppies actually let me sleep in this morning. They're doing so well. Only one cough all day. Kerry ventured outside "on her own" (i.e. with a long leash on without her realizing). She went out about 2 feet alone before running back in. Brave little girly.

We had a change in the feeding dynamic though. They used to eat together but now Kerry waits till Doolin is finished. She coughed yesterday while they were eating and he misunderstood and thought she was growling at him and got all offended. But they're still ok.

They don't stick like glue to each other anymore. Right now, Kerry is asleep in the bedroom beside the crate and Doolin is in the living room beside his pile of toys (he's a hoarder).

I'll take more pics later when my batteries are charged... lol

Ok, here's your fix for the weekend.

Doolin unsuccessfully trying to get on the Boo futon to play with Kerry.

Yesterday, they discovered pawing at toys.
Today, they discovered picking them up.

Me and doo. Normally I wouldn't post one of me, but as this shot was taken, Kerry let out the highest pitched fart ever. It was hysterical.

Thank's for the morning pick-me-up
They look like little bearcubs,I don't think I could function normally with those little cuties around.
I bet Boo and Jemma cannot wait for their departure

No, I can't function normally... They're so cute. And Jemma and Boo can't wait till we're alone. But they're getting better.
