My dear friend is sleeping today.
My perfect companion Connor, a golden retriever is sleeping peacefully today. He was just short 2 months for his 15th birthday. There could never be another as good as him.

Oh Heartbreak Hotel...so so sad.
 15 is a long long life for a big dog. Lucky you had him so long, it's going to hurt now that he is at the bridge  It is clear how much you loved him and I am sure he did not suffer any. He is young and whole and happy now at the Bridge playing with all the other loved ones waiting for you when it's time.

I have a REALLY soft spot for Goldens and am so sorry for your loss Marty11.
Our sweet golden  was near 14. After her passing, I painted this oil of what I believe, is a rainbow bridge. A sweet golden, sitting on the shore, wondering....... sweet Connor.
