Frenchy,I could not think of a more rewarding thing,than taking in an old dog,thirsting for love and care,to make up for anything happening in his past.

I know you will do everything you can for her and I am positive you will find her someone who cares.
You have a HUGE heart and more compassion in your little finger than some people I know.
Of course Sams wellbeeing has to be your priority,he deserves nothing less,I so understand why taking Moka is not possible..

I'm still waiting to hear about the lady who might be interested. I spoke to someone else this morning about the golden mix , and she gave me the number of a rescue in Ontario for Braque Allemand dogs.

She is safe but still at the shelter. I do have the number of a rescue in Ontario but decided I will call the adoption girl tomorrow and tell HER to call. That is what they are paid for after all.

You guys in the Montreal area are just too much. I wish I could find the same cohesion around here. Most folks think I'm off my rocker. Any time I talk of fostering again, it gets vetoed I get the 'we have enough already, blah, blah''. I commend you all. You all get a round of applause as far as I am concerned.

I hope so too !!!! If not , I will ask them to put her in a rescue. Coppperbelle SIL and daughter saw Moka last week end and said she looked miserable in her cage :sad: if not adopted tomorrow , she will go into a foster home , she has too.

Poor thing. I hope she gets adopted tomorrow, or at worst into a foster home. I'm sure she's scared and confused in the shelter. A nice home environment is where an 11 year old sweetie like her belongs.
