very small dog walks in circles (right)

Its not my dog but I feel for the poor thing. Has anyone had this problem. I saw it today. She walks than all of a sudden walks in circles. Doesn't like to go in the truck anymore which she used to love it. Something is wrong for sure. The vet couldn't find anything and an MRI would be 2000 dollars so thats out of the question. He can't afford it. Are there any natural vitamins or liquids you can give to a small dog like that that could help this? If someone is reading this and knows the answer please let me know. thanks Have a good day or evening.

very small

Sounds like an inner ear problem or a stroke. Have him take the dog to another vet for a 2nd opinion, perhaps that one could offer a diagnosis.

There are no vitamins or other natural supplements that will help. It could be an inner ear infection, low blood sugar, vestibular disease or seizures. A vet would be able to tell without getting an MRI so I would find another vet and get a second opinion as well.

Everyone is right about checking with another vet. Could this dog be blind? one of my pugs is blind, and she will circle till she finds something familiar so she knows where she is. If the dog has diabetes, they can go blind almost overnight from high blood sugar. (bg)
