Question Devonishire Rex vs. Cornish Rex

Hi folks. I'm doing some research on my next cat. I'm set on either the Devon or Cornish Rex. I figured I'd start early since finding one of these in rescues is next to impossible. Well, I shouldn't say that. It does happen and breeders often adopt out as well. Anyways, wondering who here owns one and if you could give me some information about the breed(s) and the differences between the two. I guess, which one is genetically less prone to health issues and is easier to maintain (I know both require some specific grooming).

Thankies
