Sudden onset of Anxiety in Maltipoo!!

For the last few week my 6 YO maltipoo has been extremely anxious and I can't tell why. We have recently moved into a new home about 4 months ago. She seems fine when she is upstairs in our room but when we make her stay downstairs in the living area she shakes uncontrollable and pants. Any noise makes her jump and she just stares off in different directions. We are forcing her to stay downstairs because when she is upstairs she doesn't move from her bed. She will barely come downstairs to eat or go outside to use the bathroom. She tore a ligament in her knee when she was a puppy and when she is sedentary for a long period of time it will start to hurt her. She normally loves her walk and playing ball.

What's more strange is when we take her to my mother in-laws she is complete fine, but as soon as we go to leave she cries and will hide from us. Which this just started within the last few weeks as well. Before she would gladly come with us and be ok with coming home with us.

Please help I'm at a total loss of what to do with her.

Are there more wildlife around your new home? I have a mini poodle mix and he act weird and does not want to pee outside when a fox or coyote is hanging around . A fox been coming into our yard again and my dog just want to go back inside as fast as possible. He been sleeping on my bed right me at night. .
