Exclamation Cloudy Eye and Anguished attitude

In November of last year, two kitten came and sat at my doorstep. Seeing as I live by myself, I took them in to care for. When I first had them they were skinny and cold and now the are pretty much full and happy. Their names are Buster and Eclipse. Eclipse has grown larger with time and Buster has too just not as big, more so average. They truly love eachother and are constantly playing or the latter sleeping on each other. Anyways, when I came home last night, Buster was withdrawn and kept hiding herself from Eclipse. I then noticed that she was holding her left eye closed (right eye in my view). I then attempted to open it and the third eye came out over it. Once I finally got a clear veiw of the eye itself, it was all cloudy and foggy. I don't know what's wrong. She's withdrawn and she clearly does not feel good. Should I just automatically take her to the vet? Help? I'm new at this...

Yes, that would be a wonderful idea. If she is at the point where she is withdrawn from her littermate she is a sick little girl. Cats are infamous for hiding how sick they are. Good luck. Let us know.

There is something definitely wrong with her and she should be brought to the vet.

Good luck and please keep us updated.
