Kong Stuffing

Kong stuffing recipes? Any really great ones, that keep the dogs happy, and not fat?

I really like the frozen instant mashed potatoes that I got off a website one of you guys gave me, but I am not ALWAYS going to give Bennie instand mashed and oatmeal or PB lol

I used to use a bit of canned dog food and kibble mixed in and then freeze it. Of course that amount of food was removed from the dogs dish feeding. Oh and a bit of chopped up hot dogs too.
