Feb. 2015 pet photo theme - Lounging - sleeping

Anyone have ideas for a February theme?

Thx!

How about "Unique lounging positions" It is blah February and it's not a very exciting month, especially if your snowed in like us in Ontario!!!!

I thought we're going to do pet sleeping this month .

Both sound like great ideas - why don't we combine them - lounging and sleep, basically 6 of one and half a dozen of the other.

Dee, your dogs are beautiful !

It looks your dog in the last photo is in deep thought.

That last one of Mollie cracks me up, DOG!! I'm determined to get at least a few for this month's challenge--lord knows with 6 geriatric dogs in the house, there's enough lounging going on!

Here's our crew.

BB sound asleep - she sleeps like this most of the time. Sometimes with her front paws over her eyes - to keep the sunlight out.

Yogi and Mrg - that's pronounced like margee - sleeping and lounging, and being buddies.

What is it with that head-hanging thing, Marty? Our dogs do that same thing--and sometimes it looks really uncomfortable!! Plus it makes some of them snore! Bea looks extremely cozy all nestled in there, though!

Lynne, your kitty pics are soooo sweet! BB is so cute with her paws up in the air! Yogi and Mrg look like best buds, as do Billy and Jazz. Is Jazz still missing Billy?

My last dog did that too he loved to rest his head on arm of my couch and it looked very uncomfortable to me. My dog Marty tried to this too but he is too small reach the arm of my couch.
I love all the photos but the one of the kitty sleep on her back is the cutie one .

BB kitty sleeping on her back is my favourite too Barkindog!!!
Hazel, I'm happy to report Jazz is doing well and has gained two pounds and is back up to a healthy whopping 6lbs! I'm sure she'll always miss Billy......he was quite a character so he's missed by all the family. Jazz has taken over Billy's place in the house and is definitely a "Velcro" dog now It amazes me how attached she's become to me when just three years ago she was terrified of people

Aw, sweet Halo

And pics of Nikki and Lupa are always a plus! (that's something of a hint, DD *wink wink* *nudge nudge* LOL It's been a long time!)

Lynne, it's good to hear that Jazz is doing so well!

LOL! I know eh Hazel? I have to concur with you. This is an old one of Mollie but none the least, it's one of those head-hanging things.

How can they even breathe when they do that! I always think they're going to cut off the blood to their brains!

Yep, I'm forever seeing spots before my eyes, lindapalm!

We thank the Powers that Be every day that we are blessed with our Pack. Life would definitely be a sadder thing without them!
