Hello again.

Hi everyone. Looking at the names that haven been posting lately, I'm guessing that a few people will remember me (for better or worse, I'm not sure ) and many won't. I guess I've been MIA for a year and a half or so, and I think I need to come back. Well maybe need is a strong word, I'm not sure. A lot has changed in my life since I was a regular here, a lot for the better, and recently a bit for the worse. I'm trying to find some things that I used to enjoy in order to try and secure myself in my life a bit, and this is one of them.
You can find me next in the photog forum posting some pics of my lil' girl!

Hi, Puppyluv. Good to see you again. How is Layla doing? All recovered?

let's try this again

Wow! I'm not very good at this any more It's been 8 months since I tried to come back, yet I failed to find the time to even come back once. I'm sorry you guys. It's nothing about you! I swear!
Anyways, I'm going to try again this time. I'm off of everything due to some health problems, so I should have some more time on my hands.
I'll introduce myself for those of who don't know of me, and and those of who need a little refresher too!
I'm puppyluv, I'm 24, and I originally came here when I got my dog Layla. I grew up with dogs, but she is my first dog that I raised and trained. She's an absolutely gorgeous lab whippet cross (and no, I'm not biased at all), and I love her to bits. She had some liver problems a few years ago due to a binge on advil when mommy was at work one night. We have both gotten over the horrors of those weeks, and she is as healthy and happy as she's ever been.
She now has some new brothers and sisters. We also have a a nearly 2 year old cat named Bob. His unoriginal name is due to the fact that everyone, including the vet thought he was a female until he got shaved to be spayed, and it turned out he needed to be neutered! He used to be called Lucie, and we remember that by calling him "The Cat Formerly Known as Lucie" otherwise known as "Bob".He was a little devil growing up, but is now as sweet as can be. We blame that on his "confused" upbringing.
We also recently got another addition to the family in January. A 2 year old polydactyl cat who had just had a single kitten. We got her from the SPCA and it was love at first sigh. I named her Moe, because I find it oddly appealing as a girl's name and I know my boyfriend would never let us name a daughter that, so she got it. She has been a joy since she came to our home, and I cherish the ours we lie in bed together each week, her on her back, in the crutch of my arm, so I can give her belly rubs!
Woah! That was a lot. Sorry about that So, I'm going to try and make a better effort of staying around this time.

Well, see that you do stick around better this time! We need pics of Moe and Bob...and, of course, new ones of the vivacious Layla! I'm so glad to hear that she recovered from her overdose!
