Lettin the cat outta the bag is a whole lot easier than puttin it back in.

Most of the stuff people worry about ain't gonna happen anyway.

If we all do that one, and this one http://www.purina.ca/products/purina...age=getStarted then we can get two 8lb bags and donate them to an animal shelter... No? Some food is better than no food, no?

There's another website for Purina that will send you a coupon for free food. I don't have it at this moment but if anyone is interested, let me know. I received coupons for 9kg bags of Pro Plan and Beneful for dogs and Pro Plan for cats (12lb bag i think.) I donated the food to our humane society.

That IS a good idea! I'll have to remember that next time I get one of those coupons-and use it in Ottawa, since none of the local grocery stores will take coupons that you print out yourself.

Thanks for the sites. I went to both to get the free food. I won't feed it to Melei, but our local food bank takes dog food and gives it to families using the foodbank. they beleive that the dog is a family member too.

The twits on mix 96 (radio station) keep endorsing purina one, saying they use it at home, etc etc and call for a free bag. I heard the ad every morning for a month, before I thought of it.. So ya, not so smart, but if you give me hints for a lonnnnng time, I might clue in sometimes.

That's great for a food bank! I'll have to check into the one we have here to see if they do the same.
