Haven't been here in a few months, just wanted to read and catch up but that is not possible.

My girl Izzy continues to amaze me and be a joy in our lives. She has discovered that its really neat to lay over the heater vent (which are on the floor in my house) in the winter AND summer so when the heat or A/C is on, it must feel good on her belly! Too cute.

I love how every few months she finds a new place to call her favorite, and I have to figure it out!

She has come around to letting me rub her belly, and brush her. We've made lots of progress. Both things feel really good to her.

When someone comes to the door, she's like a little dog, runs over there wanting to see who it is (most recently the phone guy was here, she would NOT leave him along, he made the mistake of petting her)

My time at the shelter has really slowed down, been going during my lunch hour to cuddle kitties, sadly more are coming in than are going out.

Hope everyone is doing well here, I've thought about this site often.
