Halo needs to switch foods

Okay, so Halo is eating Taste of the Wild Sierra Mountain Formula with roasted lamb. She has developed crystals in her urine. The vet says her urine is very acidic and it is from her diet. He advises a change in food. My biggest issue is her chicken/poultry allergy. Does anybody know what exactly in a food would make it acidic? What should I be looking for in a new kibble. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated. I try to avoid anything with poultry fat or "animal" fat as that could be poultry also. Just in case you don't recall she is a 12 year old lab X.
