Looking for a fellow pitt-bull owner for walks

Hello Everyone,
I'm new to the "forum" blog, thing, so please excuse me if I'm starting in the wrong spot here. Anyone who has tips to help me navigate, I would be thankful.

I am living in the Brampton area and have a sweet American Staffordshire Pitt.
As leash free dog parks are a "no-no" I'd like to find someone else with a Pitt-bull who would be interested in walking together.

Bovaird/Hurontario area.

Looking forward to hearing from everyone I'm a newbie here!

Welcome to the forum MissPuddin ~ I'll have to dash over to Intro's to see if you posted any pix of your Staffie

Have you been in touch with folks at the Pitbull Co-op? http://pitbullcoop.2ya.com/ or http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=4933139330 I know there are a number of chapters across Ontario, including your area I believe and folks have weekly meet-ups for walks and special events.

And, just for everyone else's edumecation these groups are not limited to Pibbles and the other "similiars" (REPEAL BSL! ). In fact all breeds are welcome as it allows for a more rounded socialization, counters erroneous stereotypes and puts out a positive public image about the true, wonderful nature of these dogs.

And don't forget about the Million Mutt March this weekend ~ that would be a great opportunity for you meet up with folks from your neck of the woods.
