Poor Puppy
if you haven't seen the pics I have a six week old beagle puppy he was stepped on today on an accident and has been shaking ever since I am wonderin if I should do something and all he does is sleep all the time since we got him just sleep sleep sleep. do I need to worry or not?

Puppies at this age do sleep alot. I have always been told to enjoy it because it doesn't last long. Your pup should be fine, but make sure he is eating and walking fine. Sounds like he is just scared.

6 weeks old is way too young for him to be away from his mother. Any puppy that tiny who is stepped on, or has something fall on him should see the vet ASAP.

I heard that to calm stress on animals, you can place corn syrup in their mouth. They should be fine in no time.
Other than that, I would take it to the vet. |

While Karo syrup may be great for a pup with low blood sugar, it isn't a cure all.
Yes, if you step on a six week old puppy, you should take it to a vet. And no ethical breeder would let a six week old puppy out of their house unless there were extenuating circumstances.

And yes,this puppy was taken away from his mom to early...Poor guy..
