Spay & Neuter program saves lives.
I was so happy to see this on the front page of Calgary's free community
focused weekly news paper. The many organizations & pet owners seem to have made a difference, and it is my hope that these types of programs become available to all.http://www.calgaryherald.com/enterta...307/story.html

The link is just fine and yes, we in Onscario would LOVE it if we could adopt the philosophy and practices of Calgary animal services.
