I have a question

and this is all so confusing. I've been reading up the last few days on all the pet food recalled products, and I'm still confused.

Is medi cal safe to use? (the dry one?)

Also I've checked ingredients in the different dry foods that I've been using on my cat, and haven't seen anything with wheat gluten, but they all mention corn gluten meal. Is this a problem?

Quality wise, medical is pretty low. I would try Felidae or Innova Evo for a MUCH better product.

Safe, yes. Quality food, no.

Smile Thanks so much for the advice.

There's no mention where the corn gluten is from, but I don't have the Medi Cal bag here, so don't know what is in that one. It's other dry foods that I've checked here that have the corn gluten in them...performatrin and Purina Cat Chow.

Medi Cal is what my friend in another apartment is feeding her two Burmese cats, and one has been quite sickly for about two weeks now. She's going to take it to the vet tomorrow, as it's had kidney problems in the past.

I appreciate all your responses, but didn't see them till now. Server problems!
