Kirkland brand sold at Costco was already plastered all over Facebook as being unsafe and causing kidney failure.
Now Purina, a till-now trusted brand. We feed both the cats and Portia "Authority", grain free, from PetSmart, plus Portia gets fed raw in the a.m. Spooky gets 1/4 of a small can of Friskies cat food for her breakfast, Misti only likes kibble - or Whiskas cat milk but I don't get it for her very often. |

Judging by ingredients alone, I would never use Beneful.

Just Beneful is in the lawsuit I think? Not all Purina products?
Kirkland is made by Diamond. I fed a Diamond dog food, one of the ones that did not have a recall and was not made in the affected plant. It's hard to know what to do when one food a manufacturer makes is spoiled or a bad food but others are ok. |
