Dog escapes from crate!
I just stumbled across this video of a 2-year-old Rottweiler who manages to break out of his crate. It's very cute, especially since I'm not the owner who has to come home to see any mayhem caused after he escapes.

oh my! What a beautiful dog!
I better not let Molly see this, or she will try it she has that same crate, we had to get her a new one after she figured out how to open the old one (it was one where you lifted the door "up" before swinging it open- she would latch on to it with her teeth and lift it up and walk out!!!!!) dogs... too smart sometimes I tell ya!!!

Yeah. I'm waiting for the day when the pup learns how to open the fridge. He has already learned how to open the trash can by placing his paw on the step and nosing his way into the trash. And that's the face we kiss. STINKY!

My former very smart Dachshunds could get out of crates - not that they were in them except after back surgery - we had one Dachshund who was not too bright so they each, in their turn, "taught" him to open the cage - pushed him in and shut the door. Our Eskie can do same - paws like little human cans. Want to get something from the cupboard - just push a chair over, swing up, and open the cupboard and make a sandwich. We also had a very accommodating cat who would pitch things down. There are people who hang a towel from the fridge handle so that their big dogs can get them a beer - well, no surprise when the dog uses the towel to get himself one.

That is a great video clip.....especially the guilty look on doggies face when he slowly leaves the cage.
