3 homes in less than 3 years? That one that moved into a condo that didn't allow big dogs obviously didn't want him because the stupid building meant more to them than their friend.

Poor guy. I hope he finds a family that will love him and do everything in their power to keep them with them forever.

Yes all the excuses are bad! We are extremely disappointed in his last Dad. It is truly heartbreaking. His foster mom says:

He's not doing well at all and is falling in to a funk. We have had to start
keeping him in his run most of the time as when loose he just sits
down the side of the house and watches the street. He gets all
excited when our neighbours (we have a few) with their big trucks come
down the road (his last dad drove a truck) and then when he realizes that it's not him he hangs his head and tucks his tail and just sits down and
waits. I left him out Sunday to see what he would do and he sat in
the pouring rain for 4 hours waiting until I gave up, dried him off
and put him away. He sat there shivering, soaking wet but would not
move from his spot. I put lattice up half way down the run so he
couldn't sit by the fence, he broke through it today and again just
sat by the fence and waited. Yesterday I closed the gate that stops
the dogs from going down the side of the house. There's big gap
under it, big enough for the small dogs to fit under. Well Lievio dug
it out bigger, squeezed under and went and sat by the fence. He's
really depressed, he wants his old dad back.
This boy needs a new home and he needs it now. He's really struggling.
