as you see on mine its the behalf issue that I am refering too I think it is meant for the admin to login & approve

Dogcatharmony Zoe's flying snow leap did not work but dave will make it work.

Basically there are many ways to create file types like .avi and unfortunately not all of them are supported. There is still no one standard which makes it hard when you are trying to share it across the web.

We are on this though and are doing a back and forth with the developer.

but REST ASSURED no one is being a pest.
If anything, WE feel bad that it's not working at 100%.

Unfortunately when we tested it before we bought it worked 100% so we assumed all was good. As often happens in the real world, different camcorder makers use their own proprietary way of converting files. If that way is vastly different from a few common standards, issues arise.

We realize their are still some probs...sigh.
There is a new version of this software though so hopefully updating it will help.
