Kijiji STOP selling puppies

Cheers everyone: I am such a huge fan of this site and all the information you all make available to us. I'm not sure if this is an appropriate thread but it is something I am so passionate about and want to share with you all. I am a Canadian dog lover and advocate. The last three years I have been researching puppy mills and the affect online classifieds have had on the expansion of these mills. I started a FB page in Sept. called Kijiji STOP selling puppies. We have 5200 members as of today and it is a VERY hot topic. My ultimate goal is of course to have mills banned in Canada but for now I am trying to dry up their market somewhat. Somedays I feel like we take one step forward and two back. We have a national petition circulating and we're doing everything we can think of. I'm just finishing a video for youtube called Bella's Story ..Life in a Puppy Mill. It's in her own words. A web page is going up...we work with rescues and other awareness groups..I am in need of some suggestions to advance this cause...i would love any you have....pawlease!
most sincerely
Pam

Pam, sorry I have no advice to offer, but I fully support your cause. The sale of puppies through sites like Kijiji and Craigslist makes me cringe. Newspapers also aren't much better. Good luck to you, keep up the fight.

Links to your FB and other site might help.

Is she allowed to post those?
