nosebleed 9 yr old golden

I've searched the threads but my eyes are too watery to read anymore. our beautiful 9 yr old golden - "bunker" started a heavy nose bleed on Tuesday, the vet did blood workup and thought rat poisoning and did a transfusion and prescribed K1 vitamins. his gums are not pink, where the iv needle was won't coagulate and after losing our beloved "ace" last march, my heart is breaking.
I've read about Yunnan baiyol and was hoping someone would know where I could purchase it today! we're in southern California - Westlake village area.
we haven't done the ct scan or rhinoscopy yet as we were referred to a specialist who then proceeded to do exactly what our vet did and then gave us an estimate of $6k without the ct scan and rhinoscopy. he has been eating and drinking and when not sleeping he has been his usual loving self!!
thank you
