Beautiful kitties!! The dark one is Bailey, lighter one Smudge? Or the other way around. And how is Bailey today?

I named Bailey that because when he was little he was that same beigie-creamy colour as Bailey's Irish Cream.. Smudge is because of that orange smudge across his nose... But, Bailey's shading has deepened as he matured.... his fur is soooooo soft. Being brothers from the same litter of three kitties... they were always snuggling together ... it made sense to keep them together.... they really are that affectionate... I love them so much |

...a little history....their mother, Cleo was a rescue...two very kind hearted ladies discovered her half frozen body in a snowbank. They took her in and nursed her back to health and then discovered she was pregnant.... she wasn't even a year old herself. She finally delivered three kittens ... oh darn, the kitten pictures are at the office... I can do that tomorrow, if you like, Bailey (beige) and Smudge (orange and white) were two of the three...the third one (a grey tabby) was adopted first... all three boys. Cleo (I have her picture at the office too) is very well and very happy with these two dynamic ladies. Bailey and Smudge were always together like these pictures even when they were teeny... I really got lucky here. They're very social.

They are gorgeous and I love the first picture. I used to have littermates too and it was awesome to see how closely they bonded.

Bailey looks just like my Buffy. She has retained her light color and not gotten darker. They are precious!!

I almost named him Buffy ...or Sandy.... but, he was really the same shade as Bailey's Irish Cream...but, as you can see...he's still beige...but darker... I love his markings though....
