Found: Young female cat in cole harbour, n.s.
FOUND: (NEAR CORNER OF PACIFIC AVENUE AND COLE HARBOUR ROAD) YOUNG CAT, APPROXIMATELY 8 MONTHS OR SO? I THINK IT’S FEMALE. BEAUTIFUL COAT (WHITE WITH TABBY MARKINGS ON TOP OF HER HEAD, BACK, AND TAIL, PLUS HER TAIL IS GORGEOUS – VERY BUSHY!!) SHE IS WEARING A PURPLE COLLAR WITH A PURPLE BELL ON IT (SO SHE MUST HAVE AN OWNER OUT THERE!). FIRST PICTURE SHOWS HER VERY DISTINCTIVE, VERY BUSHY TAIL (ALTHOUGH THAT PIC ISN’T AS CLEAR OF HER PRETTY FACE), WHILE THE SECOND PICTURE OF HER IS A GOOD LIKENESS OF HER FACE. SHE HAS YELLOW EYES, IS VERY AFFECTIONATE AND EXTREMELY FRIENDLY. SHE WAS DIGGING IN MY BLUE RECYCLE BAG BECAUSE SHE WAS HUNGRY, SO I TOOK HER INSIDE AS I THOUGHT SHE MIGHT BE LOST. IF THIS IS YOUR CAT (OR YOU KNOW WHO OWNS HER), PLEASE E-MAIL ME AT: moosedry@accesswave.ca
THANKS. TRACY : )

lost kitty
hi gang.
thanks. i put posters up today at the local postal superboxes and grocery store. i really hope to find the owner. my brother is the real hero, though. i called him after feeding her and watching her ravenously eat, to ask him if he could foster her until i either find the owner or get a shelter to take her. i already have three of my own, so taking her in wouldn't have been a great idea (my girls don't like other cats). anyway, a big shout out to my big bro for helping out!! here's hoping we find her owner. her collar is pretty new looking, and she's not very old, so i'm hoping to get a call! she sure is a friendly, affectionate little one! tracy

still waiting
hi gang.
still no word yet from the owner, but the good news is that if i don't hear from the owner, i've lined up a really good home for her. friends of ours had to have their 14 year old kitty put down last year due to an incurable illness. on the off-chance that they may be ready to take in another one, i was pleased when they agreed to take "sweetie" (that's what i've been calling her - she's the most affectionate cat i've ever seen!! all she wants to do is lay in someone's lap and purr!!). so, it's win/win for this little angel either way! YAY!!!!
