Greens plus

Anyone use greens plus? I tried it for a week, but it made me throw up (which it sometimes does if you are new to using it) so I stopped.

I was thinking of trying it again, but don't know how to stomach it to get used to it. I was thinking of additing a bit of the powder to a smoothy, but it says to take on empty stomach with water or juice....

I tried something similar to it a couple years ago, but it was in capsule form. I tried the powder stuff but couldnt drink it ( too gross). The capsule was a bit more costly but worth it, I took it for 2 weeks and it supposedly flushes toxins out of your body, it seemed to do just that, but be careful make sure you drink lots of water. The only thing I didnt like was the aweful smells that came out of my body and I sweat alot when I took it, I was also off work at the time so I was able to stay away from ppl. When I question the owner of the store where I bought it about the different odors he said it was normal and I must of had alot of toxins in my body.
