little man, im so glad i was with you at those last moments, a golden 17 yrs plus ! and a real doll just a sweart heart , when i was asked to do this deed there was no question, when all was said and done i cried like a baby, and got barney ready for creamtion, so have a safe journey my friend love you lots brenda and the pins

17....wow. I never thought it possible for a dog to live so long.
Of course losing someone you have loved for so long does not make it easy. My condolences to you and your family.

so sorry for your loss my heart is aching for you right now ,17 is a great time you had .I just lost my GSD she was 13 now they can play at Rain bow bridge together I was fine and have not cried to much this week but reading your post brought back so much ,I am not going to lie it is so hard to get over I dnt think we ever get over just move on and think about the good times we had .all I can say right now is a big group hug R.I.P.BARNEY

barney is home , picked him up tonight, but now safe and sound, had a good cry but at least some closure, barney was a part of my life for many yrs, and his owners were thrilled he was back at home, i love what i do but sometimes real sad love you barney , brenda and the pins
