Luna - missing black cat in Barrhaven area (previous post malfunctioning)
*Reposted due to my previous thread not working...
Our cat, Luna has been missing since last night (September 2, 2009) in the Barrhaven area of Ottawa. We live on Selhurst Avenue. She's black, short-haired with a white undercoat, who answers to her name, is very curious and loves attention. She's spayed, declawed (front paws) and has no collar. Our back gate was left open and she wandered away. She has a microchip in her ear, so if you see her and pick her up, please either contact me at 613-862-3306 or tanyaparent@gmail.com or bring her to the Humane Society on Champagne Avenue. We've submitted a report with them as well. Thank you.

She didn't have any lasting effects from her adventure (as we call it)... She just slept the day away the next day. As for her colours, it is interesting to see a black cat with a white undercoat... When you pet her, she sheds white rather than black... very odd, but we love her...

Yay!!
 I missed the happy ending til now!  She's a beautiful kitty, TanyaP. I'm glad she didn't have any longlasting ill effects from her escapade.
