Issues with the litterbox
I bought nunu a huge round plastic tupawear kinda thing for her litterbox.
It's got a radius if about 2.5 feet, and it's got a height of about 7-9 inches. Anyhow, I fill it up to about a quarter at most. It's good, she now has lots of room to do her thing. But I've got an issue with bits of litter accumulating on the ground. To be honest I'm not comfortable with this, not for me or the cat. Is ther any methods or tricks to minimize the amount of litter content on the ground?

SSS here is canada they sell little mats that you can place where the cat steps into the litterbox..its rigid and it collects on the mat. Something similiar to a car mat? I have a couple and they work great...If the litter spills you just pick up the mat and toss it back in? maybe a piece of carpet or a mat would at least help with it going all over the place!
Where are the NUNU pics?

I started off with using her cage as her littebox, it's top half. Removable. I used to put it into a cardboard box, with one entrance about 4 inches off th ground to minimize litter content. Even put a t shirt inside he litterbox between the cardboard box and the litter box, and outside the cardboard box. It minimized it, but that's an amazing idea you have! How dumb was I not to think of it. Ill buy one of those door mats.
About the Pictures, there's been so many nice moments, this is the first cat I've had that acts like a housecat. I wish I could share these moments (that probably would come off as regular for some of you) but I've got no cam

I swear to dog that no matter how big the litter box is, Piper manages to kick it at least three feet in every direction. When you solve this cat mystery let me know. Right now he uses a Canada post long plastic box. That thing is about 3 feet long and 2 feet wide. Next step..kiddy pool

That's probably the only downside with kittens IMO ,
I fi d myself having to mounter them when they poo. But I do have a solution for the kicking issue. Take a cardboard box that's a tad bigger then the litter box, put the litterbox inside. Should work well. But I suggest you leave the cardboard box empty for a while, so that he's not checking out while his litterbox is in it. Anyway, hope I helped.
