Pork spare ribs for cats?

Is it ok to feed raw pork spare ribs to cats?

Jasper's favourite meat is pork and I include it in all their raw. I am not sure about the bones, though, I grind all my raw. I do cut off the fat too.

I would feel the bones are too heavy. I rarely even give my largeish dogs spare ribs, as one is known to crack teeth on bones heavier than poultry. The meat, though, go for it!!

I've fed my cats pork ribs before. I thought for sure they would just get the meat off and leave the bone...but they easily powered through them. Even my small female who doesn't like to tackle complicated or too hard bones. So I'd say go for it.

My guys also love lamb ribs too.

I was under the impression pork was bad for catswhy,I don't know,my cats to love a little taste of pork whenever we have it for dinner.

Somebody else, whose cats are on a raw diet feed them pork.

I think my cats like pork better than chicken. Beef is their least favourite.

I had asked if I could feed ham to my cats a few months back. I was told no because it is too salty. Maybe that is what u are thinking of?
