BARF and megaesophagus?

I'm planning on switching one of my dogs over to BARF as soon as I'm confident enough to do so, but my other dog I'd like to switch over but can't figure out how. She has megaesophagus and currently eats only soaked kibble while standing upright(her feet prop up on the arm of a chair), otherwise she regurgitates. We were told that feeding her the moist food helped keep things down - she didn't have to chew and increase the likelihood of food getting trapped and regurged.
Has anyone had experience feeding BARF to a dog with a similar case? Her teeth are absolutely terrible since I won't allow her anything crunchy and she has no interest in regular chew toys. It'd be nice to at least let her have a bone everynow and then.. but again it would have to be wile she was upright.

Good idea to go raw I would just feed a ground mix (either buy it if you can afford to, or make your own). I posted a pictorial on making your own ground mixes a few months ago in this sub-forum, just do a search and you will see it. super-cheap and you know exactly what you are feeding.

ground raw looks like hamburger meat, should go down nice and easy. you can add raw eggs, cottage cheese, yogurt, pureed veggies, etc, all easy to digest and also good for teeth - no more starches and grains that rot teeth.

Raw is a good choice .i just switched a few months a go with the help of the people on the forum.and won't go back to kibble.the results are wonderfull to see.and it's fun.
