Gizzy has growths in his left front paw?

I noticed one growth about a year ago coming out of his toe on the front left paw. Took him to the vet and they said it was just a wart.

I look today and he has 3 more! Another one on a different toe, one on the pad and one on the tiny pad going up his arm (not sure what it's called). If these are, in fact, warts why do they keep spreading? Or are they something else?

I looked at this thread and the OP's cat was identified with callouses not warts:

Looks similar to a planter's wart . I'd be looking for a second veterinary opinion...any that specialize in cats nearby you?

There is one in North York that I can go to, although a tad expensive I think a cat only vet would be better than my current vet, who I don't put a lot of trust in. Thanks LP for the reply

Dollface that looks exactly like one of the symptoms of EGC..which is short for :

Eosinophilic Granuloma Complex

Some call it Rodent Lip or Salmon Lip...its primarily on the mouth and face but my Moms cat brady had those same things ont he pads of his feet too! the vet said that it was part of the disease. Brady gets a depo shot a couple of times a year adn it clears up. Sometimes its really bad...Have you seen anything on his face like coldsores?

OMG I've never heard of any such disease and had no idea these things could be part of something that sounds so serious! Poor Gizzy, but he doesn't seem to be bothered by it.

I've never seen anything on on his face that was abnormal.

Any idea where this disease comes from? Contagious? Anything else I should look out for?

No not contagious but its an immune system issue. There are many threads here on the subject...or just google it...be careful though some of the serious cases the pictures are pretty horrible! We also had to change Brady to a canned food like Venison & Duck to help with it. He recieves a needle when it gets bad and it clears up pretty quick...obviously your is not too bad or maybe its something totally different...kinda looks like a calious too!

What about a cutaneous horn growth?

Well I guess it could be anything at this point, guess I'm getting a second vet opinion! Will update when I get some new feedback...
