After you administer the pills, do you chase them with a few cc's of water or tuna-juice in a syringe? If not, it could be that they're getting stuck in his throat and that's causing the vomitting. Coating the pills with butter might also help, but do try the liquid chaser as well just to be sure. Here's more info:
