I found the elusive coconut oil! They kept it way up high on a shelf at the natural foods store, no wonder I never found it! I got the Nutiva brand, like Goldens4Ever recommended. It has a nice, faint coconut smell (my friend said "wow, it smells real, not all artificial like most coconut products!") I've started adding it to sable's food, I always add different oils to her meals after I cook them, to add a little fat. I add it while the food is still warm, so it melts. I tried some too, it didn't have a strong taste or anything, I should probably take some every day with Sable, but the saturated fat levels still freak me out a little.
