Would the ground eggshells be in place of bone? You could certainly use them as a calcium supplement if you were to grind just the meat without adding bone. You'd have to calculate the correct amount to use to balance out the phosphorus. Ideally you want a ratio of about 1.2-1.4:1 of elemental calcium to phosphorus (eggshells contain about 39% elemental calcium).
