Buckwheat Bones
Ingredients
Buckwheat Flour 1/3 cup
Potato Flour 1/2 cup
Tapioca starch 1/4 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Cider vinegar 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil 2 tbsps
eggs 2
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix Buckwheat flour with Potato Flour, Add Tapioca starch,
Blend this together well.
Dump into Food processor,
In a small bowl blend the remaining ingredients together good.
Dump on top of flour in food processor and process till firm ball forms
Dump out on very lightly floured board, Roll out 1/4 in thickness and cut to shape
Bake 300 for 45 min,
Let set in oven over night,
Remove and bag in the morning, Should be crunchy hard
Makes approx 31 small dog bones
