God topic! I make fresh yogourt about once a week with my food dehydrator ( I love you Ronco!) and start with a powdered culture (yogourmet, available at your local grocery store), which has no fruit or sugar. It tastes waaay better than any yogurt you buy in a store, and with the food dehydrator, the temperature is automatically set at optimal.
