If it were my cat, I'd be very worried. Any dramatic change in behaviour or eating habits like that can be a sign of illness. The fact that she's overweight makes it particularly scary because if she doesn't start eating soon, she's at risk of developing a condition called fatty liver (hepatic lipidosis), which is life threatening. Would probably be a good idea to make an appointment with her vet tomorrow.
