A. STERILIZE your pets
B. Be responsible. If you opted for a pet, be responsible for the life time of this pet that you so wanted in the first place.
C. Do NOT leave your animals outside unattended. The vast majority are found in this circumstance.
D. Micro chip your pets
E. Have identification/and or license your pets in case they do escape
This is called Pet Owner 101.
