Dr Lee,the cat was taken in for what was thought to be either an allergy-problem,or asthma,so he needed a physical exam,bloodtests etc..
Vaccine was never talked about,my friend brought the cat in for a specific problem,not a yearly exam.
Yes,the $36 surcharge was seperate from the $69 physical,the total bill came to about $360 including bloodtest and fecal test.
Also he was specifically told the surcharge was for chosing not to vaccinate.
