You may also want to try a prepared raw diet if you can, Nature's Variety is one. I am fostering some semi feral kittens (now tamed ) and they would not eat cat food at the shelter. I feed them raw and they devour it, their muscle mass is so much better than other kittens.

If you don't wish to feed raw, Kitten Wellness canned is an excellent high protien food for your kitten.
