I can't speak for cat to cat as I only have the one; however, if Gracie "survived" her encounter with my two silly bounce off the wall terriers, there is hope for every kitty out there!!
The nice thing with introducing cats to dogs is that the cat will eventually build up the confidence to be among them - starts with a few exploratory missions and quick escapes to safety, to wall hugging, to strutting in front of the dogs (and maybe giving one of them a smack along the way).
I've been searching for the initial thread I started regarding introducing Gracie to the dogs which is full of great advise, but haven't found it yet. Will post the link when I do.
