I don't know what to tell you, but first, I hope you plan on getting her spayed, once she goes in heat, her drive to be outside is going to go through the roof and if she does get out, you will most likely get her back pregnant (if at all)
A male cat I have does the same thing, he will try to run out every chance he gets and when he does manage it, we get him back in the house more easily now than before, and it's been about 5 years now.
You can try to train her by getting a harness type collar and leash, made for cats and take her outside that way... eventually it should calm down some. There are some people here who take their cats out with no problems, maybe they'll have something to add. Good luck.
